The platform processes registration data and data generated while using training services to manage accounts, enrolments, lessons, assessments, progress, certificates and support requests, and to comply with applicable organizational and legal obligations.
Provision and processing
The data requested for registration is necessary to create the account and provide the training service. Processing uses safeguards designed to protect confidentiality, integrity and availability.
Recipients and retention
Data may be processed by authorized personnel and service providers appointed to operate or support the platform. Data is retained for the time needed to deliver and document the learning pathway and for any additional periods required by law.
Data subject rights
